Rugs in Teotitlán

Locals always knew they were father and soon right off! Wonder why??

Here they eat crickets as a snack with beer like some people would eat peanuts. Aaron tried them.

The last stop on our journey with Richard and Peggy was Oaxaca. This place is famous for its many museums, great architecture, the art scene, and Mexican cuisine, as well as day trips for hiking near-by. Unfortunately, we only had a short amount of time to spend here, as this part of our trip has become an adventure of covering as many kilometers as possible, but seeing as much as we can along the way. We did make time for a quick trip to visit the ruins of Monte Alban and the village of Teotitlán, famous for weaving rugs. You can buy a rug from almost any house in this little village and most likely get a full demonstration of the dying, spinning, and weaving process.
